How does the event work?

The virtual fair is just like a physical event but the best part is that you can participate from home! On the platform, you will be able to visit the booths of each educational institution and state government to see more information about them and, best of all, you can CHAT LIVE directly with their representatives or request an audio or video call.
No. You don’t need to download any software, but you will need access to the Internet. A webcam would be useful as some institutions may request a video chat with you, but it is not required.
Yes, this is a free virtual event created to connect you to Swedish education institutions. To save your spot, you just need to register on this website and access the platform on the day and time of the virtual fair.
Yes. You will need to register to attend this virtual fair. Simply follow the link at the top of the page and submit your information. You’ll then receive an email confirming your registration for the fair.

How can I look for specific programmes?
After registering for the fair, you´ll receive an email with your login information. Check your inbox and SPAM. If you can’t find it, click on "forgot my password" and enter the email address you used to register to generate a new password.
Yes! If you forgot your password, click on “login” and then select "forgot my password". Type the email address you used to register for the fair. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
You can choose to login whenever is most convenient for you during the scheduled fair time (2:00-6:00pm AEST, i.e.1:00-5:00pm for Japan / Korea, 12:00-4:00pm Mongolia / Hong Kong), but we recommend you access the platform early enough to give yourself time to view all the institutions’ booths and have your questions answered.
As soon as you have logged into the platform, you will see a smart search engine that will enable you to look for institutions by name, type of programme, course and/or location. You can also save your favourites to review them later.
